1 PURCHACING POLICIES
We are more than happy for customers to contact us to discuss a product, if they are unsure whether it is suitable for their vehicle as we cannot be held responsible for any purchases made in error due to the customer not correctly observing the details of the product, images or prices. (see Returns below) Products will be provided as detailed in our adverts and it is the customer's responsibility to check the details thoroughly before purchasing. If an error occurs due to the customer ordering an inncorrect item, any costs incurred by us due to the purchase may be deducted from their refund.
( All our dials are dials faces only ) all pictures / images show the dials fitted in dashes to give an example only. NO dashes are included in any sales "Please note! on some occations there may be a variation in dial colours"
All efforts are taken to ensure all of our items shown on this Website are in stock but occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or sold out. If there are any problems fulfilling your order, we will contact you immediately.
2 CARD PAYMENT / PRIVACY POLICY
We are authorised to accept card payments over the telephone.
All transactions are only relating to you and your purchases of our products with Visual-Performance
We do not pass on or sell any information to any third parties whatsoever.
All card transactions information is kept confidential between Visual-performance and the card holder.
All Items will only be sent to the card holders address as indicated by the credit card details, this we feel will ensure the card holder will receive any good purchased from Visual-performance.
Please note, All card transaction purchases are subject to a 50p service charge
3 POSTING / SHIPPING
We endeavour to dispatch all orders withing 3 to 5 working days of receiving your order (cleared funds) but during busy times this may be extended.
We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days, within the UK Mainland
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and Islands off Scotland can take longer
than 3 to 5 days to deliver
All Shipping charges on this site are for the United Kingdom / Northern Ireland only.
Any overseas shipping ( outside the UK ) please ask for shipping costs before purchacing (see shipping along the top of the page)
All our products are posted using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Delivery.
All our items will have a tracking number,
We cannot be held responsible for any delays on deliveries which are due to the Post Office or any couriers.
All our items are sent Recorded and will need a signiture from yourself on arrival. if you are not in at the time of delivery the item
will we held at you local sorting office for up to 7days. failure to collect before the 7 days will result in the item being
returned to us.
The customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning (ship/post) items back to you, if any items are
returned to us due to =
a, Incorrect postal address given.
b, Signiture is not given on delivery
c, Failure to collect from your local sorting office before the item is returned to us.
4 PRICING INFORMATION
All prices include V.A.T. at the current rate.
Prices are shown with UK postage charges, unless stating other wise on the advert.
Please email for shipping outside the UK.
We reserve the right to change/alter any of our prices/item costs, also any postage costs at any time.
5 FITTING WARNING!
All instructions supplied by visual-performance auto styling accessories are a guide only and installation and total use of our
dials or any or our products are soly and entirely at the owners' risk. No responsibility whatsoever will be accepted by
Visual-Performance auto styling accessories or any member or associate, for any damage or malfunction of your vehicle
whatsoever, including malfunction or any damage caused by any bad connections, also any injury-injuries to yourself or anybody
else whatsoever.
If you are in any doubt regarding fitting any of our dials, a trained electrical fitter is strongly recommended.
6 DAMAGED GOODS / LOST DELIVERIES
All deliveries must be externally checked for damage before signing, if there are any signs of damage you must inform Royal Mail immediately before signing, also we must be informed Immediately via email or telephone.
Any items that fail to arrive after 5 days please email us for the item Tracking number.
All items are not consisered lost untill after 15 working days, (Royal Mail does not concidere any items Lost till after 15days
working days)
Any lost items will be invetigated by us with Royal Mail using the tracking number, this process can take up to 15 to 20days
Any items concidered lost or missing after investigation due to the postal/courier service, will be replaced or refunded in full.
Any items concidered lost or missing after invetigation due to incorrect address being suppled will not be entitled to any
refunds or replacement. please ensure you give the correct full address details.
7 EXCHANGES COMPANY POLICIES
First you must contact us for a *Exchange Ref Number. with explination for the exchange,
Return for exchange will only be allowed within 7 Calendar days from receipt of product. Your and/or
Packing Slip/Invoice must also be returned with the *Exchange Ref number also ref code of the item required.
All returns for exchange must be sent Prepaid in full, no collection of items by us due to incorrect postage payments will be accepted.
No exchange will be given on merchandise that shows signs of having been Tampered, Installed, Modified or not returned in
all the origional pakaging.
No refunds on postage costs.
Return postage cost to you, must be prepaid before dispatch of exchange item.
All Returns could be subject to a 15% Re-stocking fee.
8 RETURNING AN ITEM
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied upon receiving your item, please inform us first by email or telephone within 7 days of purchace by Contacting us for a *Returns Ref Number, then you simply post the item back to us and we
will be more than happy to offer a refund
All returns may be subject to a (15% restocking and handling charge)
Delivery note or invoice must be attached as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Ref Number.
No returns or exchanges will be given on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed or modified or damaged.
All refunds are issued once we receive the goods back, you will receive notification by e-mail.
Refunds will be issued by way of your original payment method.
We do reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchange, if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or
tampered with. This does not affect your statutory rights. (*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.
