2. Postage/Delivery :


Q:  How long will it take to deliver?


A:    We will Endeavour to deliver your order to you within 3-5 working days, within the UK Mainland
Please note that deliveries to N.Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Silly, The Highlands and Islands off Scotland can take longer than 3 to 5 days to deliver.  All Shipping charges on this site are for the United Kingdom / Northern Ireland only.
Any overseas shipping ( outside the UK ) please ask for shipping costs before purchasing (see shipping along the top of the page) All our products are posted using Royal Mail's First Class Recorded Delivery.
All our items will have a tracking number,  We cannot be held responsible for any delays on deliveries which are due to the Post Office or any couriers.
All our items are sent Recorded and will need a signature from yourself on arrival. if you are not in at the time of delivery the item
will we held at you local sorting office for up to 7days. failure to collect before the 7 days will result in the item being
returned to us.

The customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning (ship/post) items back to you,  if any items are
            returned to us due to =
                   a,  Incorrect postal address given.
                   b,  Signature is not given on delivery
                   c,  Failure to collect from your local sorting office before the item is returned to us.

3. Returning  an item

Q:  Can i Return an unwanted item/items?.

A:  Buying on line is not the same as walking into a shop and seeing the item before purchasing,  so we understand you do not get a true feel of the product, so once the item has arrived please check the product to ensure this is what you require, if you decide this is not what you would like, you are welcome to return for a refund. 

Q:  How long do i have to return?
A:  We allow up to 14 days to return any items
Q:  Who is responsible for returning the item to us?
A:  you are responsible in ensuring the item is returned to us.
Q:  Who pays for the return postage?
A:  you will need to cover the postage cost to return the unwanted item to us.
Q:  what am i entitled to once the item is returned to you?
A:  Once we receive the item, we will fully refund the total cost of the item including the original postage costs.
Q:  How do i know if the item has arrived with you?
A:  We advise to return  any items as: "signed for" or "recorded delivery" to ensure a confirmation the item has arrived safely with us. please note: we cannot accept responsibility for any item that does not arrive with us if not recorded/signed for. 

Q:  when is an item not acceptable for return/ refund
 A:  If any item has been fitted used tampered with or damaged due to incorrect fitting then the item is
 not acceptable for any refund/exchange.  All items that are acceptable for refund/exchange must be returned in all the original packing and in the condition it was sent out to you. (also see terms and conditions at the bottom of the main website page)

4. what are Gauges:

 

Q: Are these gauges easy to install?
A:     As long as you know your way around the vehicle and have a basic knowledge of electrical wiring, then they are easy
enough to fit. We do recommend installation should be carried out by a professional or auto electrician if unsure.
Please note:Responsibility regarding fitting any of our gauges is totally down to the buyers own discretion.

Q: Will this gauge work in my car?
 A:    All our gauges are universal fitment so will work on any 12volt vehicle system  some vehicles may
require an oil filter sandwich plate adaptor to allow the pressure/temp senders supplied with relevant gauges to fit your vehicle
If purchasing a water temp gauge you may also require a water temp hose adaptor if your vehicle does not have a port for the sensor supplied.

Q:  What other gauges do you have in the series?
A:   Please visit our gauges in our categories to vies our full list of Visual-Performance 37mm / 2" / 3.75" and 5" gauges available in this series. All our gauges are listed as Example:the first two letter - AD. BD. or KA = the gauge series.

Q: Do these gauges come with specific vehicle instructions?
 A:    These gauges are universal and come with basic fitting instructions for specific gauges, the instructions will state what/where
the wires should be connected to.
(The fitting guide does not give any details on any individual vehicles own wiring loom,systems, connections or any locations)

Q: Would i need any other items to install?
A:    It will depend on the type of gauge purchased/fitting, Example: if there is no location on the specific engine fr an oil temp/pressure sensor then an oil filter sandwich plate may be required. A water temp hose adaptor may be required for a water temp gauge.  With all gauges when fitting and depending on the position you place the gauge in the vehicle will depend on the amount of extra wire you may need to reach your gauge / loom / sender.
